FULLY AUTOMATED PRODUCTION LINE IN THE NETHERLANDS
At VDL Bike Frame Technologies, an automated production process is used to produce various bicycle frame models quickly and flexibly. Our production engineers think along during the concept phase to improve manufacturability and optimization, which significantly shortens time-to-market. We carry out as many production processes as possible in-house, from design and engineering to robotic welding, heat treatment and finishing. This ensures better overview and optimization within the factory. We aim to strengthen the European bicycle industry by providing innovative and competitive products.
